Setup, in the details

The week began long before the fair did. Our procurement team spent the days leading up to the Spring Canton Fair pulling samples from inventory, cross-referencing every SKU against the shipping manifest, and labelling units one by one. No skipped lines, no shortcuts.

On the ground in Guangzhou, the team arrived early to dress the booth across all four product walls — household cleaner, reed diffuser, plug-in air freshener, and seasonal collections — calibrating lighting, fitting shelf risers, and rehearsing the customer flow before the doors opened.

On the floor

Booth 16.3 D28 E16-17 sat in Phase 3 of the fair, under a banner crediting 2,572+ business partners and 17,000+ product tests — a quiet reminder of the manufacturing track record behind every conversation.

The business development team worked the booth shoulder to shoulder, walking buyers through household cleaner ranges, hand-care formulations, and the plug-in air freshener wall. Conversations covered private-label scope, MOQs, certification packs, and lead times — the practical questions that decide whether a sample request turns into a programme.

Wrap-up

Each evening ended at the negotiation table: a quick debrief, a tally of leads, and a triage of which follow-ups would go out before the next morning. By Sunday's close, the team had logged conversations with buyers from across Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Now the work moves home — samples shipped, follow-up briefs drafted, quotations turned around inside the week. If we spoke at the fair, your specs are already in motion.

Sourcing context

For buyers, this update is a signal to review related product formats, launch timing, and documentation needs before the next sourcing round. If the topic matches your category plan, use it to brief our team on target market, quantity, fragrance or active direction, packaging preference, and any retailer compliance requirements.

Ocean Star can connect the news item to current catalog options, sample availability, trade-show follow-up, or a custom development path. Sharing the article link with your inquiry helps us understand the context quickly and recommend the right product line, sample route, or certificate pack.
