Setup, in the details

The fair begins long before the doors open. Our procurement team spent the days before pulling samples from inventory, cross-referencing each SKU against the shipping manifest, and labelling units one by one — no skipped lines, no shortcuts.

On the ground in Guangzhou, the team arrived early to dress the booth across the product walls — household cleaner, reed diffuser, fragrance, and seasonal collections — calibrating lighting, fitting shelf risers, and rehearsing the visitor flow before the doors opened.

On the floor

Phase 2 of the Canton Fair covers consumer goods — including home decor, gifts, household cleaners, and personal care. Across the five days, the business development team walked buyers through our cleaner ranges, fragrance work, and household formats — covering private-label scope, MOQs, certification packs, and lead times.

Conversations ran the full sourcing spectrum: first-time visitors taking spec briefs at the table, returning partners reviewing program performance, and several quick handshakes that turned into program work the following week. We're grateful to every buyer who spent time with us.

Wrap-up

Each evening ended at the negotiation table: a quick debrief, a tally of leads, and a triage of which follow-ups would go out before the next morning. By the close of Phase 2, the team had logged conversations with buyers across Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

We came home loaded — samples shipped, follow-up briefs drafted, quotations turned around inside the week. If we spoke at the fair, your specs are already in motion. Thank you for visiting, and we'll see you at the next edition.

Sourcing context

For buyers, this update is a signal to review related product formats, launch timing, and documentation needs before the next sourcing round. If the topic matches your category plan, use it to brief our team on target market, quantity, fragrance or active direction, packaging preference, and any retailer compliance requirements.

Ocean Star can connect the news item to current catalog options, sample availability, trade-show follow-up, or a custom development path. Sharing the article link with your inquiry helps us understand the context quickly and recommend the right product line, sample route, or certificate pack.
